Fixed Based Operator (FBO)

The Morgantown Municipal Airport Fixed Based Operator (FBO) provides services such as fueling, deicing, hangar space, tie-downs, parking, lavatory service, ground power units, arranging for hotels/rental cars/limo service, etc.

The Morgantown Municipal Airport FBO maintains the highest standard in service for all aircrafts, flight crews, and passengers. We are able to provide the following services:

• Aircraft fueling – Jet A, Jet A with additive, 100LL
• Type I aircraft deicing
• Aircraft parking (day and overnight) and towing
• 45 brand new T-Hangars
• 24 aircraft tie-downs
• Aircraft ground power unit
• Aircraft lavatory cart
• Flight crew and passenger lounge with TV, recliners, couches, private restroom with shower, sleep room, WiFi, coffee, ice, water, flight planning area, and a telephone
• Arrangement of rental cars, hotel rooms, and limo services
• Planeside vehicle assistance
• Help with luggage
• After-hours callouts
• Liaison for catering, RSA Flight Training School, Southern Airways Express airline service, TSA, ATCT, aircraft maintenance, and aircraft charters

In addition to these services, the FBO also takes care of the airport’s snow removal, mowing, airfield maintenance, equipment maintenance, building maintenance, and janitorial services.

The FBO operates seven days a week. Monday through Friday from 5 a.m. to midnight and Saturday and Sunday from 5 a.m. to 11 p.m. After hours callouts are available by calling the FBO Office at 304-296-2359.
