Balloons Over Morgantown

University Toyota's Balloons Over Morgantown is an annual event held in October at the Morgantown Municipal Airport. Each year, 12-18 balloons are invited to fly over the beautiful hills of Morgantown during five launches over the course of the weekend.

Launches are expected to take place at 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. but there may be slight delays depending on several factors such as weather. Although only the event staff can be on the grounds during the launch, spectators are welcome to view the launch from the nearby fence at the airport. The event staff asks that spectators steer clear of the entrance when parking and viewing the launch so that they can move freely throughout the area.
